• Development of a strategic debt restructuring plan
The development of this Strategic Plan starts with a diagnosis that takes into account the company’s liabilities, whether constituted or not, its assets, legal risks of all kinds, corporate structure, and the responsibility of shareholders and managers.
Based on this diagnosis, the plan is formulated and, after client approval, executed, all with the aim of recovering the financial health of the company, generating cash flow, and protecting its assets.
